    Photo Release

    During your time at Mackimakes Art Class we will be taking photos of the event. This is for Mackimakes Art Studio’s advertising, social media and website use. By selecting YES to this agreement you are allowing us to use the photos of your family for our media. By signing NO to this agreement we will be sure to either blur your face in photos you are in or not use the ones that are taken of you for any media platforms. We ask you do not post any photos of other children without that child’s parents permission.

    *I understand the refund policy for MackiMakes Art Studio Classes.

    A full refund will only be provided if the class is canceled or postponed OR we are able to fill your spot if you are unable to attend.

    Classes will only be cancelled / postponed if we do not have enough people registered. You will be notified by the email provided in the registration if a class is postponed or canceled. Please keep an eye on your spam boxes just in case our emails land in there.
