    *I acknowledge that during art class, my child may be using art tools and supplies. I release Mackimakes Art Studio from all liability for injuries sustained while my child attends Mackimakes Art Studio’s Class. I have read this release and am fully aware of its contents. I am the legal parent/guardian of the minor named above and have the legal authority to execute the above release. I approve the forgoing and waive any rights in the premises.

    Photo Release

    During your child's time at Mackimakes Art Class we will be taking photos of the event. This is for Mackimakes Art Studio’s advertising, social media and website use. By selecting YES to this agreement you are allowing us to use the photos your child appears in for our media. By signing NO to this agreement we will be sure to either blur your child's face in photos they are in or not use the ones that are taken of them for any media platforms. These photos will be uploaded to a google folder for all parents to have at the end of the week. We ask you do not post any photos of other children without that child’s parents permission.

    Policies

    *I understand the refund policy for MackiMakes Art Studio Classes.

    A full refund will only be provided if the class is canceled or postponed OR we are able to fill your child's spot if your child is unable to attend.

    Classes will only be cancelled / postponed if we do not have enough students registered. You will be notified by the email provided in the registration if a class is postponed or canceled. Please keep an eye on your spam boxes just in case our emails land in there.

    *I understand the policies for pick-up and drop-off and will follow them.

    • Parents, you are expected to leave the property after drop off and pick up. Homestead Markets has a strict no loitering rule. 
    • This is not our property. We are renting the space from Homestead Markets. Play Unleashed is operating on the property as well. Please do not approach, pet or talk to any dogs/owners that may be using the parks. Some dogs may be reactive.
    • Please do not wander around the property or in the parks! 
    • You may park in the main parking lot infront of the Homestead building. Please do not park anywhere outside of the gravel lot. Their is a septic system that runs throughout the property and you could damage this by driving outside of the designated parking area. 
    • Please enter through the front two doors for drop off and pick up.  The side doors are not accessible. 
    • The building will be locked during class time. The front doors will be unlocked 5 minutes before pick up time.
