Becoming Who I Want To Be

I cannot wait for this whole book signing thing to become normal. Thanks to all who have bought my self published copies of "When I Grow Up..." so far! Still working on securing a literacy agent, to help me find the publisher that is as passionate about my book as I am!

Stepping into this project my mother was glad to here about it everyday and my progress. But she mentioned to me one day that I hadn't even thought of the "Fame" and/or Money this could get me in the end. Not only was she proud, but I was proud of myself!

People shouldn't have to spend money to get a lesson I think everyone should learn. If I could I would buy everyone on this planet a copy of my book not for fame or gratitude. But to make this world happier! Everyone should be allowed to follow their dreams, their hopes and passions. At least given the chance anyway, sometimes that chance can create even greater passions and people.

As my third year in high school approaches I am excited to find even more about myself and continue my passion of art and following my dreams of becoming a teacher and hopefully soon an actually published Children's Book Author and Illustrator!

Thank you too Wyatt Tremblay, Kelsey Yates and Airdrie Echo for the Article of me in the Airdrie Echo Newspaper!
