Goals Change - SMART Goals Update

At the beginning of this year I was a different person than I who I am now. It's funny how in only eight months somebody’s friends, knowledge, achievements and goals can change so drastically.
Four years ago I wanted to be a professional dancer, three years ago I wanted to become an author, two years ago I changed my mind and wanted to be a interior designer/architect, the beginning of this year I decided I wanted to become a elementary teacher and audition for the outriders before I went back to school.

Now I've fixed my mind on something more realistic. After highschool my goal is to take a year off get a job and volunteer and teach at my dance academy all year long. I want to go to either the University of Lethbridge or the University of Calgary and get a bachelor's degree in education and a degree in art education. Auditioning for the Outriders and getting in would be fantastic but I want to teach sooner than what I could if I got onto the team. Long term I want to be a teacher for K to Grade 4 students either in regular classes or teaching art classes. I also want to work up to buying a small studio to teach art from ages 6 to 18! I want to be able to have a studio to create art and teach art to students for reasonable prices since I never got to because art classes were always so expensive and weren't very good. I cannot wait to change students lives and impact them with my classes and presence!
